A landscape for breeding and training ceremonial carriage horses in Kladruby nad Labem - compositional analysis

The landscape surrounding Kladruby nad Labem and Selmice in the Pardubice Region is recognized as a globally unique, artistically designed agricultural landscape, nominated for UNESCO World Heritage status. This study highlights its exceptional authenticity, preserved through centuries of use for breeding and training ceremonial carriage horses of the Old Kladruby breed. The research focuses on the landscape's compositional analysis, examining its historical development, structural elements (buildings, water, vegetation), and their interplay to justify its nomination. By integrating historical context with detailed spatial analysis, the study underscores the landscape's cultural significance and universal value, distinguishing it as a rare example of harmonious human-land interaction.
