Summary

A novel approach combining architectural pattern design (APD) with multi-sensor techniques demonstrates high accuracy in 3D digital documentation of the Prambanan Temple cluster. The study achieved millimeter- to centimeter-range precision using terrestrial laser scanning (TLS), aerial close-range and terrestrial-mode photogrammetry, and nadiral Lidar/photogrammetry. Point cloud data integration and validation confirmed the effectiveness of this method for complex heritage documentation. These findings provide a robust foundation for future structural vulnerability assessments and conservation strategies, addressing the site's instability due to its location near the Opak Fault and Mount Merapi.
