Summary
Audience satisfaction with the Ramayana Ballet at Prambanan Temple, Indonesia, is significantly influenced by live performance quality, service quality, and price perception. Research involving 100 respondents revealed that both closed (Tri Murti Building) and open-air stages showed statistically significant differences in audience satisfaction, with F-values of 23.136 and 14.400 respectively, indicating strong effects across all variables. The study highlights a notable difference in satisfaction between the two settings, with mean values of 25.700 (closed) and 23.950 (open), suggesting that proximity to the performance enhances perceived quality. This finding underscores the importance of stage design and audience experience in preserving and promoting cultural heritage performances at UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
