Summary
A strategic framework for sustainable tourism development in the Jiuzhai-Huanglong Scenic Zone has been proposed to address critical challenges such as resource depletion, ecological contamination, and inadequate management. The study identifies key issues, including waste of tourism resources, environmental degradation, and emerging problems related to global trade standards. It introduces six interconnected systems—sustainable resource protection, eco-environmental safeguards, green product planning, marketing, management, and theoretical foundations—to ensure long-term viability. This approach integrates ecological preservation with economic growth, offering a model for balancing tourism expansion and conservation in fragile high-altitude ecosystems.
