Summary

A significant majority of visitors, accounting for 75% of participants, expressed satisfaction with virtual reality (VR) integrated museum displays at Chengde Mountain Resort, highlighting the potential of VR technology to enhance cultural engagement. The study proposed and tested a VR-based 3D modeling technology and human-computer interaction algorithm, demonstrating their effectiveness in creating immersive, two-dimensional, and three-dimensional museum experiences. This approach addresses the growing disinterest in traditional museum displays by leveraging modern media technologies to meet aesthetic and experiential demands. The findings underscore the importance of integrating VR into dynamic image displays to improve visitor satisfaction and cultural engagement.
