Summary
Modern photogrammetry techniques, when applied to archaeological sites, not only facilitate detailed exploration and reconstruction of public spaces but also enable innovative interpretations of cultural heritage. A multimedia open-air performance in the Castle Square of Kato Paphos, Cyprus, demonstrated how 3D photogrammetric models can bridge archaeology with contemporary artistic expression, offering a dynamic way to disseminate findings to both academic and general audiences. The study outlines the methodology for capturing, processing, and publishing these models, highlighting their potential to enhance public engagement with UNESCO-listed sites like Paphos, which was inscribed in 1980.
