Summary
A significant positive relationship between destination image, emotional value, and tourists' satisfaction, loyalty, and intention to return was identified at Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, Vietnam. The study, conducted through a survey of 270 visitors in 2019, employed robust statistical methods including Cronbach's Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Structural Equation Modelling. Findings revealed notable differences between foreign and native tourists, as well as by gender, while age and income did not significantly impact outcomes. The research provides actionable recommendations for tourism authorities, local residents, and travel companies to enhance visitor experiences, satisfaction, and repeat visitation.
