Summary
Women's involvement in developing traditional food products for heritage tourism in Lenggong Valley, Perak Darul Ridzuan, significantly contributes to local economic growth and cultural preservation. The study highlights that these initiatives, under the Kampung Luat Community Kitchen Heritage Project (WDKKL), not only generate income but also empower women by fostering historical and cultural value exploration while promoting heritage tourism. However, challenges such as operational inefficiencies, limited entrepreneurial practices, outdated marketing strategies, and capital turnover issues hinder progress. Strengthening these efforts could further enhance women's economic contributions and boost local and national heritage tourism development.
