Summary

A strong relationship between electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), tourist satisfaction, and revisit intention was identified at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Petra, Jordan. However, destination image did not significantly impact revisit intentions. The study employed a quantitative research design with convenience sampling, analyzing data using G*Power software. These findings highlight the importance of e-WOM and satisfaction in shaping tourists' willingness to return, offering critical insights for Petra's marketing strategies both locally and globally.
