Summary

A study on Budapest's UNESCO World Heritage Sites reveals that monocentric and polycentric urban design elements can enhance green spaces and improve urban life quality. Using a dataset of 1,031 apartments in Teréz Town, the research applied Decision Tree and Artificial Neural Network analyses to assess property value inequalities based on condition and conveniences. The findings highlight historical architectural experiments and their morphological-functional changes relative to the city center, offering insights for long-term urban planning and investment decisions. Notable examples include the Andrássy/Hübner Court and the ICOMOS prize-winning renovation of the Wahrmann Palace.
