A chatbot-based information service system developed using the RASA open-source framework achieved high accuracy (0.91) and strong performance metrics, including precision (0.97), recall (0.94), and F1-score (0.95). This system, designed to support Prambanan Temple tourism, leverages machine learning to provide 24/7 information services, reducing physical contact needs and operational costs. The chatbot's knowledge base was trained on FAQ datasets specific to the site, demonstrating its potential to enhance tourist experiences while addressing the economic impacts of pandemic-related travel restrictions.
