Summary

A study on Manas National Park, Assam, reveals that perceived sustainability negatively influences visitors' behavioral intentions, while satisfaction does not significantly impact these intentions. The research used a questionnaire with established scales to assess national park sustainability (NPSus), satisfaction (NPSat), and behavioral intentions (NPBI) among 233 tourists. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis showed that certain factors positively affect both NPSus and NPBI, providing insights for sustainable tourism practices that benefit biodiversity, cultural heritage, and local communities.
