Ziyaretçi Deneyimleri Üzerine Nitel Bir Araştırma: Göbekli Tepe Örneği

A qualitative analysis of visitor experiences at Göbekli Tepe Open-Air Museum revealed six key factors contributing to positive experiences: technology integration, artifacts and findings, conservation efforts, museum infrastructure, accessibility within the site, and visitor pass options. Conversely, negative influences included admission fees, on-site information provision, excavation and visitor areas, accessibility for people with disabilities, ticket booths, souvenir shops, and cafes. The study, based on 255 online reviews from TripAdvisor between 2018-2020, used content analysis and MAXQDA software to derive these insights, offering actionable recommendations for heritage site management.
