Summary
A study analyzing the landscape pattern of Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve using three-phase sensing images (1997, 2004, and 2012) found that human activities, including tourism, settlements, and road construction, had minimal impact on the overall landscape structure. The reserve maintained a stable and balanced landscape pattern, with woodland being the dominant type and construction land the least prevalent. Dynamic changes revealed no significant diversification or agglomeration in areas with concentrated human activity, such as Shuzheng, Rize, and Zezhawa valleys, compared to other regions.
