Summary

Research on the Namovskoye deposit in Southern Sikhote-Alin reveals that its gold-bismuth mineralization is linked to Early Cretaceous monzonitoid magmatism, occurring alongside significant tectonic activity along the Central Sikhote-Alin fault. U-Pb dating of ore-bearing dikes confirms their age at 103 million years. The deposit's ores contain native gold alongside high concentrations of silver (Ag), bismuth (Bi), and copper (Cu). A diverse array of bismuth minerals—including sulfides, tellurides, sulfotellurides, and intermetallic compounds—was identified, along with silver minerals such as cerargyrite, acanthite, and hessite. The study suggests a mantle source for the ore mineralization and classifies the deposit within a transform continental margin setting, providing new insights into its geological positioning.
