Assessment of Challenges and Potentials of Osunosogbo Sacred Grove Among Staff of National Commission for Museum and Monument, Osogbo, Osun State Nigeria

A positive and significant relationship exists between challenges, potentials, and the development of Osun-Osogbo Sacred Grove. The study reveals that factors such as inadequate funding, lack of security, poor facilities, and inconsistent policies negatively impact the site's growth. It recommends increased government funding, collaboration with private tourism investors, and policy reforms to retain revenue for conservation and safety. This research provides actionable insights for the National Commission for Museums and Monuments (NCMM), Bureau of Tourism Development in Osun State, and Nigeria Tourism Development Corporation.
