Summary

Approximately 78% of visitors to the Great Bazaar of Tabriz (GBT) express satisfaction with its environment, with 'friendly atmosphere' being the most influential factor at around 92%. The study, using qualitative and statistical methods, analyzed the GBT's sustainable features against a sustainable development model. Historical architecture strengthens the GBT, while limited e-commerce infrastructure and international sanctions pose challenges. Recommendations for enhancing sustainability and tourism are proposed.
