Summary
Post-pandemic, the Alhambra, Generalife, and Albayzín UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Granada serve as a model for integrating design, art, and technology to foster resilience and innovation. The study highlights how transdisciplinary approaches—combining artificial intelligence, machine learning, and circular economy principles—can bridge gaps between artists, artisans, designers, and recyclers. A hybrid management model rooted in knowledge communities and eco-design is proposed, leveraging the economic potential of creativity, circularity, and collaboration. Institutional support, such as the first university cátedra for innovation in craftsmanship, art, and design at the University of Granada, accelerates research, transfer, and training, empowering young creatives to drive sustainable development and entrepreneurship.
