Summary

A strong correlation (R² = 0.91) between economic stability and learning city attributes was identified in Yazd, Iran, a UNESCO-listed heritage site. The study used mixed-methods analysis, including statistical tests and regression modeling, to prioritize urban districts based on economic performance. Area 7 emerged as the most developed, while Area 5 lagged due to infrastructure gaps. This data-driven approach offers actionable insights for balanced learning city development in Yazd and similar contexts.
