Summary

A sustainable protection model for Jingdezhen's cultural heritage, leveraging digital innovation, can effectively break the over-reliance on financial appropriation and resolve resource fragmentation issues. This study demonstrates that an industrial closed-loop mode—'heritage digitization – intelligent protection – industrial realization – profit feedback to heritage maintenance'—enables a virtuous cycle of heritage protection and industrial development. By integrating whole-domain data, refined intelligent protection, and institutional guarantees, the model supports dynamic inheritance and economic circulation, providing a replicable approach for global historical and cultural cities with similar handicraft heritage resources.
