Summary
A study analyzing online tourist comments on the Tangya Tusi Site reveals that while visitors predominantly perceive its World Heritage value through physical structures and ethnic cultural integration, their understanding of the site's institutional history and historical figures remains limited. The research employed word frequency analysis, semantic network analysis, and LDA thematic modeling to examine 408 valid reviews from 2020 to 2025, identifying a gradual weakening in semantic relevance and narrative integrity as perception shifts from tangible remains to more abstract systems. This suggests that interpretive strategies for such sites should prioritize spatial form while strengthening connections between physical evidence and historical context. The findings offer a methodological framework for assessing the public accessibility of World Heritage sites.
