The study evaluated its cultural value and robustness using surveys from 88 tourism managers and 220 tourists, placing it in cell M (1.3) of the model's matrix—indicating high cultural significance and sustainability. This positioning suggests that Hoi An Ancient Town is well-suited for sustainable tourism development, balancing market demand with preservation efforts.
