World Heritage site status can serve as a catalyst for heritage-led sustainable regeneration, as demonstrated by the Blaenavon Industrial Landscape in the United Kingdom. This study highlights how the designation of a site as a UNESCO World Heritage Site fosters economic revitalization and environmental sustainability through the preservation and interpretation of industrial heritage.
