Summary

A study analyzing TripAdvisor reviews of Central and Eastern European cities reveals distinct destination images, with Bratislava showcasing the most unique attributes and Prague the least. Correspondence analysis identified two primary groups: Poznan, Wroclaw, and Prague share similar image attributes, while Warsaw and Bratislava form a second cluster; Vienna and Krakow stand out without clear similarities to other cities. The research used text mining on 28,794 reviews from historic centers of seven cities, highlighting how unique attributes can influence tourism competitiveness in the region.
