Summary

Tourist satisfaction at Kaziranga National Park (KNP) hinges on three critical factors: cleanliness, improved amenities, and safety and security. A study analyzing data from 450 tourists who visited KNP between October 2018 and March 2019 revealed that these dimensions significantly influence overall satisfaction levels. Econometric and non-econometric methods were employed to assess responses on a five-point Likert scale, ranging from 'Excellent' to 'Very Poor.' The findings underscore the potential for KNP to become a preferred destination for both domestic and international tourists if these key factors are prioritized in future development efforts.
