Summary
A 'Community of Practices on Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue for Mutual Understanding' (CoP), coordinated by the UNESCO Chair of Human Development and Culture of Peace in Florence, successfully demonstrated the effectiveness of collaborative peace education programs. From 2008 to 2009, this initiative brought together international researchers, universities, and other UNESCO Chairs from Brazil, Canada, Lebanon, the United States, France, and Italy. The CoP showcased innovative methodologies, practices, and tools for promoting interreligious and intercultural dialogue, contributing significantly to global peace education efforts.
