Summary
A novel gravity-distribution dispatching model, developed using Matlab and mathematical modeling, effectively addresses the challenges of high tourist traffic and crowding intensity at Mount Taishan during peak periods. This approach optimizes the allocation of diversion resources based on scenic spot load rates, prioritizing attractions with higher demand to mitigate congestion and ensure smoother tourist movement. The study leverages comprehensive data analysis, including passenger flow trends, online sales, and reservation records, to formulate a detailed diversion plan that not only distributes resources more rationally but also provides actionable measures for security. By integrating spatial-temporal dimensions, the model offers a scientifically grounded solution to the 'head-on collision' problem of tourists moving in opposite directions on downhill paths, enhancing both visitor experience and safety at this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
