Kelemahan Dasar Pokdarwis Wonderful Dalam Pengembangan Pariwisata Di Kawasan Situs Manusia Purba Sangiran

A qualitative case study identifies systemic weaknesses within Pokdarwis Wonderful, the local tourism organization managing Indonesia's Sangiran Early Man Sitethat hinder its ability to drive sustainable tourism development. Key challenges include internal organizational conflicts, limited managerial capacity, low community participation, and a lack of innovation in museum management, which restricts collaboration with external institutions. These issues collectively stifle the site's potential as a major paleoanthropological and cultural tourist destination. The study employed in-depth interviews and triangulation to validate findings, offering actionable recommendations for structural and operational improvements.
