Summary
A new record of the fungus moth species Dryadaula irinae (Savenkov, 1989) from Poland and three additional species (Nemaxera betulinella, Nemapogon fungivorella, and Elatobia fuliginosella) as novel to the Białowieża Forest are reported. The study, based on laboratory breeding of adults from wood-decaying fungi sporocarps and light trapping, expands the known distribution of saproxylic tineid moths in Poland. Key insights include the first documentation of D. irinae in Poland and updates to the fauna of Białowieża while also providing biological notes on these species.
