Summary
Electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM) communication significantly influences tourists' intentions to visit Safranbolu, a UNESCO World Heritage City. Nostalgia tendencies partially mediate this effect, suggesting that sentimental attachment to the past plays a key role in shaping destination preferences. The study used a survey of 402 travel enthusiasts and applied structural equation modeling with SPSS analysis to reveal these relationships. Findings highlight how E-WOM can leverage nostalgia to enhance travel intentions, offering insights for tourism marketing strategies.
