Foreign tourists visiting Safranbolu, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its Ottoman architecture and natural beauty, generally perceive the city positively, with high satisfaction levels regarding its image, tourist guiding services, and transportation infrastructure. However, this satisfaction varies significantly based on demographic factors such as age, gender, and nationality. The study, conducted through face-to-face interviews with 400 foreign tourists, provides critical insights for sustainable preservation, revitalization, and management of historic sites, offering actionable recommendations for local authorities, managers, and investors.
