Harmonizing exhibition content across constituent sites and related amenities of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, such as the Tomioka Silk Mill, is crucial for enhancing community collaboration and visitor engagement. This study analyzed exhibition materials from four constituent sites and four related amenities, comparing them against UNESCO registration criteria and identifying gaps in content alignment. The research highlights the need for standardized narratives to ensure coherence across sites while preserving site-specific features that may not meet global heritage standards. By grouping common and unique elements, the study underscores the potential of unified exhibition strategies to strengthen community involvement and educational value.
