Summary
Research reveals that the Ksourian landscape of M’zab Valley, Algeriaexhibits strong chromatic integration between urban settlements and natural surroundings. This study used the Natural Color System (NCS) to analyze color palettes from both landscapes, identifying perceptual similarities through NCS nominal and relation identities. Findings highlight the unique chromatic character of the Ksourian landscape as a key heritage value, with potential applications in urban restoration processes.
