Summary
A study on Ujung Kulon National Park (UKNP) reveals that visitor perceptions of facility completeness, fame of recreational areas, information services, and payment options are generally positive, though facility completeness lags behind. The research, conducted in 2015 with a sample of 150 visitors from 2014, found that the majority were young males aged 21–25, often students or foreign tourists, particularly from Asia, with first-time visitors typically staying over 10 hours. While UKNP is well-regarded for its recreational value and information provision, visitors perceive facilities as insufficient compared to their needs. The study used a descriptive-exploratory method with questionnaire-based data analysis.
