Summary

A new integrated program for developing adventure tourism in Ujung Kulon National Park (TNUK) has been designed to cater specifically to the premium market, addressing the park's unique biodiversity and cultural richness. The study found that current adventure tourism offerings in TNUK align with key dimensions such as natural environment, physical activity, cultural immersion, risk & competence, operator quality, and sustainability. However, these products lack the exclusivity expected by high-end tourists, necessitating the adoption of a 'quality tourism' concept to meet premium market demands. The research employed descriptive methods and statistical analysis to assess TNUK's tourism landscape, providing actionable insights for enhancing its appeal to luxury travelers.
