Summary

A key insight from this study is that both push and pull factors significantly influence visitor satisfaction at Yangdong Ethnic Village. Specifically, 'personal relations' and 'the pursuit of knowledge' positively impact the regional environment and amenities, while 'physical environment' emerged as the sole pull factor with a direct positive effect on satisfaction. Additionally, the intention to recommend the village was strongly linked to visitor satisfaction, suggesting that enhancing these aspects could boost tourist attraction and conservation efforts. The study employed a structured analysis of visitor motivations and their correlation with satisfaction, providing actionable data for planning and preserving traditional villages.
